5:00pm - Check-in & Settle In

Arrive, settle into your room, stretch your legs, and take some time to explore the property.

6:30pm - Casual Dinner & Welcome

We’ll gather for a relaxed meal, an easy, comfortable time to get to know one another. We’ll also share a quick overview of the next day so everyone feels in the loop.

After dinner, feel free to hang out or unwind however you like. We’ll likely set up a cozy little movie night for anyone who wants to join.

Wedding Day

Morning

Slow Start

Sleep in and take some time to relax! A light breakfast with pastries, fruit, and coffee/tea will be available.

This is a free, flexible time until Bride and Groom begin getting ready before ceremony.

Getting Ready

2:00 PM

The bride and groom will head off to get ready separately.

Photographer will arrive around this time to begin capturing the day, including some getting ready photos.

Ceremony

4:00pm - Time to say 'I do'!!!

Snacks and Drinks

4:30 PM – Cocktails & Small Bites

After the ceremony, we’ll enjoy champagne and a few light snacks. We’ll also be taking family and couple portraits during this time.

Dinner

6:00 PM – Speeches and Dinner

Join us for a cozy, comfort food dinner. Expect speeches, and a few Swedish drinking songs!

We’ll end the night with cake, coffee, conversation, and more drinks. (Maybe even a little dancing? Pleaaaaaase!).

Post-Wedding Day

Tuesday, April 7 2026

The morning after the wedding, we’ll have a warm breakfast available for anyone who’d like to join us.

The rest of the day is yours to enjoy however you like. If you’re looking for ideas, we’ve included a few nearby recommendations at the bottom of this page.

In the evening, we’ll do a final goodbye dinner at the house. It's also Piers' 25th Birthday (Evelyn's brother).

Check-Out

Check-out is at 10am, so please be ready to leave for that time. Thank you for coming!
